KORAN PARK
Koran Park Tower is a twin-tower residential proposal by GK Office, situated along Erbil’s 40 Meter Road. Rising 25 floors on a 10,000 m² site, the project re imagines high-rise living with a strong connection to public space. At its heart, a landscaped commercial promenade with water features and pedestrian bridges brings life and movement to the ground level, fusing residential calm with retail vibrancy. The architectural rhythm of the towers reflects balance, elegance, and the vision of an integrated urban experience.
