Modern Villa in Empire World, Erbil
The façade balances light stone cladding with dark aluminum framing, giving a sharp contrast that highlights the building’s form. Subtle vertical accents introduce warmth, while the horizontal layering reinforces a strong, grounded base. The composition is minimal, yet expressive—focused on proportion, alignment, and clarity rather than excessive elements.
Living Room
Interior Concept – Calm Luxury with Spatial Continuity
Dining Area
- Ceiling design plays a key role, with integrated linear lighting and geometric fixtures that emphasize order and precision. Full-height curtains and large openings allow natural light to wash the interiors, reinforcing the sense of serenity.
The main living and dining area is conceived as one continuous volume, where furniture placement defines zones without breaking the openness. Soft curved sofas and rounded dining elements create a gentle contrast to the strict architectural lines, adding a human, inviting layer to the space. Full-height curtains filter natural light, producing a warm, diffused atmosphere throughout the day.
A secondary seating area introduces a more intimate character, with darker tones and wood paneling that add depth and visual richness. Integrated vertical lighting within the wall elements emphasizes texture while maintaining a calm, balanced composition.
