At GK Architects, our design philosophy for this project centered on three core pillars: Vertical Innovation. With 42 floors, these towers are among the tallest in the region. Our design ensures structural integrity while maintaining a sleek, aerodynamic silhouette that complements the Erbil skyline. Spatial Optimization: The 33,000m land area is meticulously planned to balance high-density living with vast open spaces, ensuring that only a portion of the land is built upon, leaving room for lush greenery and communal zones.Environmental Integration: The orientation of the 8 towers is calculated to maximize natural sunlight and provide breathtaking panoramic views of the Masif landscape, while minimizing energy consumption through smart facade solutions.
