Vertical Precision
Ruby Towers A Landmark of Vertical Luxury
With 38 floors, these twin towers represent a masterclass in structural elegance. Our design moves beyond mere height, utilizing a refined architectural language that balances the gravity of the Erbil skyline with a slender, soaring profile. By concentrating 1,640 units within two meticulously engineered towers, we have created a landmark that symbolizes the modern aspirations of the city’s “Golden Square.”
The 5,780m2 land area is a strategic footprint where every square meter is utilized to enhance the resident experience. To achieve a high-density living environment without the feeling of congestion, our design integrates 4 levels of underground parking. This subterranean infrastructure allows the ground plane to remain clear for essential civic amenities, including a school, retail boutiques, and cafes, fostering a “Royal Life” community within a compact urban setting.

Contextual Orientation
Located on the prestigious 40m Street, the towers are strategically positioned to engage with Erbil’s most significant landmarks. The orientation of the twin structures is calculated to provide panoramic, unobstructed views—facing the Presidency of the Kurdistan Region and the lush expanse of Sami Abdulrahman Park. This ensures that every unit benefits from maximum natural lighting and a direct visual connection to the city’s green and administrative heart.
